Decent shell value at these levels, but must admit the recent developments somewhat explains the constant selling above 1c after the original acquisition news. Retailers were left in the dark for too long here, in particular the option buyers who for now are left holding the piss trough. The lack of transparency and the inability to close the deal imo isn't a good look for mgmt.
