That's why I want them to walk away from the sands deal as the real value of this company can then be realised ,why give Sofala around 50% of the company effectively giving them 50% of MRQ's current assets.
The company now needs to take at least 400 million shares off the table ,or walk away I say.
If this minerals sands dream was not hanging over shareholders we would effectively be looking at a 10 to 15 million dollar market cap.
If it was me I would ask for a 50% reduction in shares to be issued ,or turn around and say good luck finding someone else who wants to take it on.
