For the people who read the PDS, consented to the investment, and now feel the need to seek compensation from others for their losses - I wonder if they ever paused to think there might be risks taking on $3B of bank debt for the $1.2B of equity they were putting in? If that kind of leverage doesn't spell out risky, then I don't know what does.
