Your $2-3m profit in 18 months seems ambitious to me.
To make $2.5m NPAT would require a pretty big change of scale - higher costs and working capital. I would think they'd need revenue of $9-$10m minimum (working on a tax-normal basis).
Even if they had an order book tomorrow for $5m worth of work to cover the next 6 months, the benefit might not all accrue to current shareholders - at a guess, they'd need another $500-$700k working capital as a minimum.
However, if they happened to grow to $2.5m NPAT that quickly and without debt then $25m market cap would be cheap!
Maybe we should meet halfway and aim for $5m revenue, $1m NPAT and a market cap of $18m in 18 months?! :)
