However, I'm curious about the general feeling when it comes to consolidation. No one seems to like over-dilution and I'm not sure what the down-side to consolidation really is - it shouldn't effect the percentage of holdings, and potentially makes a SP that is more attractive to a larger range of investors.
Is there a consensus on whether it's a good thing or a bad thing?
