    I'm no fan of the management here, but I have to admit that this is an almost wholly positive announcement with some actual substance to it. (I say almost wholly as the statement preparing punters for a no doubt less than spectacular set of 2017-18 numbers is also nestling in there). Fair play though, credit where it's due. I suppose.....
