Group 1 - Existing investor - want to see price rise and get rid of under performance
Group 2 - Potential investor - want to see price drop, but why wouldn't they want to get rid of under performance?
Group 3 - Existing investor (BOD affiliate) - want to see price drop to top up, and get other family/friends invested in TNG, but they would like to stay in the company to better influence the outcomes
Group 4 - Potential investor (BOD affiliate) - want to see price drop to buy in, especially 20% discount like Vimson, then join the company to better influence the outcomes
Under performance - doesn't need to be defined again as we all know that under performance by the current BOD is very clear.
In terms of the ML, I am still not confident this BOD has the capability to drive the project in a timely manner and get us back on track.. It's clear I am in Group 1..
