Correct - so why has PB been talking about 'mining licenses' for months and months now. At no point has he ever used the term 'mineral leases'.
Oh I know - to be deliberately vague in his wording so as to create the impression they are closer to mining than they actually are.
This is exactly the reason I have voted with the Browns. Instead of being clear that mineral lease come before the authority to mine which is dependent on the completion of the MMP, PB has been constantly referring to mining licenses.
Great announcement but pathetic behaviour.
