I topped up after this announcement. IMO or my guess, the board wants a conservative approach, has given up aggressively expanding the business with diligently hoarded cash, therefore, the competent/ambitious CEO left, moderate accountant CFO stepped in, the new CEO should be good enough for capital management, i.e. returning cash to shareholders, etc. MGX's main business will be KI only. For me, the acquisition risk has been removed, SP will go up, capital return will occur once KI starts. ... Mr Market seems not agree with me, but a director/insider also topped up, which provides a bit comfort to me. (My opinion only, may be very wrong. DYOR)
