okay so lets get this straight, so LCY asks HAW for $$$ as part of JV. HAW don't want to pay and LCY make a cash call. HAW then pays LCY but then claims that not only has LCY charged them wrong but haven't done the correct compliance with the JV agreement. HAW wants these compliance issues corrected over time and if LCY wont fix it then HAW want LCY out from manager of the JV.
Seems like we need a tribunal of some sort or a mediator.
