    What is happening with this company? What is this companies plan for the future?

    It seams to me it's selling the large part of what it has been working on for 7 long long years for $7M and a royalty - less share buybacks. And it's experienced CEO has hit the exit.

    Looking forward to some statements about the companies plans for the future.
