I think if you read that ann all the way thru they aren't talking 200kt of ore they are talking about 200kt of processed copper concentrate. In the second page they are talking about CCZ and Noble talking with 3rd party processes which means toll treating and then Noble will onsell the 200kt processed copper concentrate.
They have lab tests of 22% contained copper concentrate with 80% recovery grades.
So if the toll treater gets 80% recovery and if they can maintain 22% ( most concentrators are around 80% recovery but concentrate in the range of 20%) this means 44kt contained copper processed ore. Toll treating costs would have to be subtracted as well as transportaion of raw ore and processed concentrate.
This may be a much bigger earner if they find a closeby processor than you think.
