The chances of front-running on a small-cap stock is all but possible by those in the know, not that I'am sold on the idea. It is a reality and frequently happens.

There's approved insider trading, ie directors buying stock in their own companies under their name, and the disclosures that come with it... and the alternate unethical method of sharing info with their peers and buying up shares under someone else before an expected announcement or share price increase.

Presently, I don't believe there is any such actions happening with CPV. However I'll call it down to coincidence based on the rapid-fire releases happening with CPV.
