I have just checked the 2017 Annual Report in relation to current Issued Capital.
Bear in mind that these figures are almost 6 months old now.
107,972,647 Fully paid ordinary shares as at 30-JUN-2017. Up from 87,883,826 12 months prior. Refer Note 17 and subsequent detailed movements in ordinary share capital that follows.
Now - if I may. The thing about NOV is they have some very well paid management and are clearly performing.
If you check out P26 of the annual report, the section relating to the audited renumeration report clearly shows potential for plenty of issued capital movement. The fact that we are now trading in the low 40's - many of the NOV options are well in the money.
What is difficult to predict - is changes in Issued capital given the unlisted options, performance related issues etc. Refer to various sections.

I am clearly a BUY however I find the above worth noting and watching.
