My answer to this question last time was a little bit unanswered.
I can confirm today after talking to David. E that the non-binding MOU with Haida does still stand.
This accounts for the extra 25% in addition to the binding 50% that had some shareholders questioning after Peters recent interview on YOUTUBE from the graphite conference held in WA recently.
