I agree fully, and all holders should be cautious of such language or dialog used by PC because it is that very language that has put many holders under pressure and in some way could feel used, sucked in or even influenced by such carrot dangling that means absolutely nothing yet seems to be said in aid of keeping up appearances.

I also agree with someone whom previously said that Triton has the feel as if its being run like a private company which clearly leaves many of us not only feeling disrespected but dragged along for a ride that never seems to arrive at its destination.

lastly holders need to know, about how the so called performance of management is being rated.

as in, if somebody sharpens a pencil or ticks every box in the world it means very little to nothing if there is no reflection in the shareprice.

if they sign more deals, get mining permit, get finance and even start mining, what actual good is that if the share price keeps on diminishing less and less, you get where I am coming from here?

non performance in shareprice is a huge issue here, meanwhile the MD awards himself 6 million freely converted performance shares which has no bearing on shareprice performance, WHY is this??

leadership is understanding that a companies sharepice is important here, means a lot towards what and how things are communicated to market and shareholders to install confidence.

again, there are some real fan boys here whom only have praise for management which in some instances is warranted but completely pathetic if you actually view the shareprice to be included in performance, so one must be constructive when summing up and being honest with themselves and others here about the reality and truth of "what is really happening here".

enough for now, but lets see management put in some real skin into the game, and maybe take a pay cut until production is firing which shows concern by doing and leading by example and action versus words like carrots, IMO.
