Pinnacle & Shangdon have already expressed their interest for equity financing..Couple this with a placement for shareholders & that should be enough.

Sinoma no doubt want a stake however they are not the only ones.

Provided we recieve mining concession & financing terms are palatable I'd imagine that shareholders would be interested in participation.

As for future cr's..It's very possible we may see another but hopefully at a higher sp post financing package..Unless Triton include future running costs as part of the equity raising in one swoop but if that is the case hopefully the minimum.

Would prefer to raise at higher sp 6 months down the track keeping dilution to a minimum.
