The longer TON delays, the more CRs will need to be had before construction takes place. If not mistaken a brief look at the last CR shows less than 30% was subscribed by small shareholders with the remaining being taken up by STM and Pinnacle which underwrote the rest. Appears these two holders will dictate terms and the future of TON?
