I'm in BD's camp, Capraise is just spinning a doomsday yarn for reasons best known to himself.
Finance IS coming and is not taking a long time, nor is the license.
SP is low because holders are 'full' and 'newcomers' are thin on the ground at present.
Management are doing a good job IMHO.
