re: Ann: MOU Signed with Hong Kong based CITI... Worth doing research into some of these "leading telecommunications companies" I had a look around for info on AsiStar and they appear to be a telemarketing company in China with 100 employees. They do not have a website that I can find.
ITIC looks a bit more interesting, clearly a large Asian telco, US$145M Revenue last year with an 11% margin. Seems to have about $180M in assets, not bad. Paid a dividend of HK 2c last year, share trading at around HK 80c. Rhonda should spend more time with these guys!
