Not sure re ton. Are they in Tanzania? Bit of strife over there with govt increased demands but yeah - a few companies in that region may be looking for geographical diversification and do recall ton having supply mou's.
SYR - already in moz (logistics) - already in production supply chain could be watching as with others - just speculating.
