i know what your saying Mikle, but you need to look at what and who these Japanese trading houses are and operated. They are in no rush whatsoever, and meticulously work through their investments before fully committing. Im the first here to be pessimistic about RUM, but see this as a turning point and the first decent news in some time.

I see us moving higher this and first quarter next year without a doubt, based on todays news.
