    re: Ann: MOU for Renegotiation of the Kangwan... I feel you are being kind calling this announcement "sloppy" Its not the first time they have got the dates wrong in releases. Also headed "Kangwane...."one could be excused for thinking this lapse of MOU applies to ALL Kangwane which it does not and can not.. Only Kangwane Central is to be reworked [my words].
