One thing for sure the corporate structure is a mess.
Hard to understand WHY MOT have employed this company at all. Their website is all about resources , and they have been trading for less than a year.
And surely to state in their announcement that they have achieved a larger stake in CU2 for MOT shareholders. What a joke, just have a look at the number of shares that have been issued in the last 2 weeks for this wonderful achievement. CU2 should be paying MOT not MOT issuing free shares and money.
Just under 4BILLION shares on offer now, and the major losers are the long tern shareholders.
VOTE NO TO ALL RESOLUTIONS AT THE AGM.
