    re: Ann: Mosaic Oil Receives Proposal to Acqu... An opportunistic bid - but that's life. Looks like a good fit - nice reserves to be sold direct to domestic market without being beholden to an LNG export facility.

    Can't think why shares are presently selling at a 17% discount to the bid price - seems excessive to me - have I missed something?
