Disagreements are not just inevitable, they're healthy. It's the way they're conducted that's often the issue. Of course, if I think someone is downramping, or being manipulative, I'm not going to be as tolerant, but each situation should be seen on it's merits. I'm very respectful if others are towards me. And I do respect your views.


Finally, surely this is a discussion room not an agreement room. It's great if people agree from time to time, sure it is. But nobody should retreat from discussion because they imagine they won't be respected. TOU exists for that.
