Apologies for my flippancy
I’m not emotionally attached to this one, Spec and to be honest, don’t really know much about WGX history. Like all the goldies I dabble in, it’s just a modest holding in super accounts that I am happy to trade part of ANZ happy to hold the rest long term. I would be happy to flip some of this into DCN if I see this around $1.62 if DCN hasn’t moved.
I currently have a strong conviction that Friday night’s move above $1205 on US$POG means the bottom has been put in. The Sep Fed rate hike is baked in and I am of the opinion that as soon as that is out of the way, the brakes will be off. I’ll change my mind is POG moves back under $1205. The A$ is doomed either way, nothing will save us if Backstabbing Bill gets in, but at least we’ll get some entertainment watching him get backstabbed back through the Canberra revolving door the second his honeymoon period is over
