Some seem to be occupied with consolidation ratio.
I would prefer to look at an investment from different angles.
My 2c opinion...
You can't build a pyramid using two bricks.
High consolidation will reduce the number of shares substantially...
Don't many think some existing holders believe in the potential of the company and may want to hold a large number of shares?
