Every time I read ShareRoot I think of Uber meets Adult Matchmaker.
Just remember that they have only signed eBay onto a 1 year deal, eBay may very well decide not to continue with the service. I'm always skeptical of big tech companies signing on to use small start-up services since their engineering divisions are usually chock full of decent software engineers who could potentially build a similar service in-house. That's not to say that eBay won't buy ShareRoot and absorb it into their business, they have a track record of tech acquisitions in the e-commerce/advertising/content space and by signing up to this service, they may very well be assessing it as a potential acquisition.
