I agree $15M market cap is cheap but new shareholders will be tempted to take at least 25% profit (say 6.3 cents) on their new shares
in other words, today's share price is 9 cents and new shares are 5 cents
It certainly could be prudent to take a position today but my main buying I hope to do at around 6 to 7 cents (or 1.3 to 1.6 cent equivalent)
