when the capital raising occurs, it is the register will be diluted by 200% (rather than the share price moving up 200%)
there are 45M current shares @ 5 cents
the cap raising will bring additional 60m to 160m new shares
it only requires 90M new shares to dilute the register by 200%
instead of me 'moving on', I am waiting for this share price of MOO to 'move down'
