Easy for every two shares issued you will recieve a free option, as I said before if you have 1 mill shares divide that by 8 and you get 125000, then times that by the 3 allowed and you 375000 right, so you get 1 free options for every 2 shares aquired so you divide 375000 by 2 and you get 187500 free options attached, so total including existing 1 mill shares would be 1375000 shares and 187500 options, hope that helps.
