The current share price at 0.006 and post conolidation at 27c represents a market cap of around $75m ($93m fully diluted) and this is AFTER the capital raising... If you aren't a share holder you will not be able to participate in the capital raising so I think it's a really good deal if you are a share holder getting cheap shares... I think this company is easily worth $93m considering they are earning revenue already and growing at a rapid rate...
