2. 277,366,239 post-consolidation shares + 120,000,000 performance shares

total shares = 400 million

consolidation is 45:1

current shares on issue at current price structure = 18,000,000,000

each 0.1 cent increment is $18million

at 0.007, the market cap is $126million

the post-consolidation share price is 31.5 cents
