Well the consolidation is irrelevant ... if you understand them. Just people attempting to put fear into the holders to drive price down (Probably to buy)...
and of those companies I listed above they all had Cap raises well below the current traded price and most of them opened trading (after cap raise well above the cap raise price take 1PG for example). Or TMP as a recent example.
