Actually you guys are a little off on what BOE means. It's a way to add your oil and gas production to get a figure to compare to other wells, fields, companies. You always need to look at how much of each is produced. If, at current oil and gas prices, two companies are producing 1167 BOE/day-- the first has 1000 barrels of oil and 1000 mcf (thousand cubic feet) of gas-- the second has 500 barrels of oil and 4000 mcf gas-- give me the company with more oil. Easier to get to market, no waiting on pipelines to be done. That's why companies are emphasizing oil right now.
On another note-- AOK has traded in Toronto today for the first time in ages. ATO.V traded 32,500 at .27 Canadian. Things are looking up.
