Yes / no /maybe.
Reserves are what can be commercially produced to a given confidence level. You need some drilled wells in the area to qualify for reserves. The further away from the wells you get, the lower the confidence : 1P->2P->3P->Not classified.
So if the land is contiguous with current leases and close to drilled wells, then yes. If the land is distant to drilled wells / non contiguous then no.
