I dont think EIG have exclusive rights to supply debt to Senex....

I dont think EIG have exclusive rights to supply debt to Senex. So if EIG werent coming to the party Senex can very easily move on to the next debt provider.

EIG specialise in debt & equity for small/mid cap O&G stocks. They have a proven record of making plenty of money from equity placements in players similar to Senex.

EIG are not after a quick buck, they are after a big capital gain over the medium/long term, as am I.
