Barney - Total unknown. Depends on who the buyer is I guess. Could be lower... I mean at least 2 major sellers were happy to sell to Channel 7 at below market prices (bet they are feeling a little silly now). Very early stages in whatever is decided. Sorry I cannot offer more.
JCourse - I think if you get a chance, take a closer look at their financials. The NPAT includes the PRRT (which DLS is not going to actually pay until 2018 or later...) so the numbers are much better, but DLS prefer to include (which annoys the crap out of me, but hey, I'm just a small fry).
