The stock never goes up with when conditions are in their favour anyway. Davies basically doesn't give a crap bout the share price as he is earning over a million per year. He has turned the market against the company with his commentary and abysmal PR. Contempt for shareholders. The stock was 68 cents before the annual report and his comments about growth in 2017 has utterly destroyed sentiment and crushed the stock.
His commentary about upside from 2017 was a PR disaster and no commentary about exploration upside prior to this was major oversight and still hasn't been rectified. I actually contacted the company and they said the market misread the report but have done nothing to change the interpretation on production growth. Davies opened the window for the market to crush the stock and it is now in free fall. No volume, no support, just free fall. How he has managed to halve the market cap over the past few years in a growth sector almost defies belief.
