I have been reviewing the announcements relating to Monsoon from the 19th, 28th and 30th September. The previous drilling success was all associated with holes drilled from west to east. This recent phase of holes were all drilled from east to west making the system appear narrow.
Are these latest holes drilling parallel to the mineralisation?
The northern most cross section of Monsoon to date (6,476,900mN) doesn't have a hole drilled from west to east but all holes drilled from east to west hit anomalous mineralisation all be it narrow.
Also I was reviewing cross sections 6,476,800mN and 6,476,840mN where the success was had originally when this stock took off. Both sections are not closed off at depth and the deepest holes into both sections were drilled from east to west. SPBC0334 was expected to hit some anomalous mineralisation but failed to through the ore zone on section 6,476,800mN. This could be a factor of the nugget effect combined with drilling parallel to the system. As for 6,476,840mN, I'd be drilling a hole from west to east down through the narrows mineralisation at the end of hole in hole SPBC0326. That could be the depth extension to the system.
The area below the significant intercepts on both sections remain open at depth with anomalous mineralisation at depth proven by a potentially poorly orientated hole SPBC0326 on the 6,476,840mN section.
