I think Mark Creasy (who holds ~30% of S2R) just holding off this discovery for some reason. Maybe waiting for gold price to go up higher?

As this article explains, if you don't explore, and develop resources, government can take your licence and give to somebody who can.

In February CEO of S2R also mentioned that they are exploration company, and not going to be in a rush to develop resources. Their main goal is to find them and make money (for us too). Remember he mentioned his intention to make S2R  *20...*50-bagger.
