Monashivf who have signed a contract similar to Lynn will have the same rules as not being able to do IVF I guess egg pickups and transfers within km limit or might extend to which clinic you can refer their IVF patients to but that gets pretty dodgy as they have a duty to put patients before commercial benefit or contracts
