Not sure there is anything to be excited about here. We are now collaborating with a small team, hosting a tournament where folks win game gear... again, i just don't see the vision here. We should be signing with OPTUS or Telstra as opposed to individual teams.
imo this is the equivelant to a carnival game. "the public" get to try and out lift the strong-man, next door the incredible bearded lady.
Whats the plan? this is another tactical move from our "strategic" leader. i can see the office white board now:

Step 3: all the money!
