    re: Ann: Modena Acquires Interest in Orchard ... Does anyone please have any news? I was originally excited about the target being Orchard as I made money when Orchard was bought by Crosby 2 years ago but I am worried that the recent 2 board resignations and the fall in share price suggest the deal may not happen. Also at Sentia pointed out cash is very tight.
