I hold both mod and mtr and I think that it’s a deal worthy of both sides

Yes mtr have basically taken the deal for the upside potential and yes it could put pressure on share price in 12 unless they find some monster deposits.

Well speaking to jaques in The U.K. he was beaming about what they have. He was particularly smitten with T20. Mod already know what is there.

So the deal whilst seemingly favouring mtr (especially with the options) at present won’t matter in the grand scheme. Mod would definitely not have done this deal without knowing exactly what they are giving away and what they could acquire now they have a deal which supports the project and accelerates it.

Mod now can now focus on being the operators at T3 and attract the financing they need (hopefully a lot more efficiently than they have done in past)

The issue with things like this is that negotiations can get messy. The pie is huge so imo the deal needed to be done and this unlocks the potential for both parties going forward.

Both stocks will benefit from this as we find out exactly what else we have
