I'm guessing the MTR theory is that the share price rises then they can swap out the shares held for options and walk away with cash. They get out a taste earlier than everyone else.

I'm not that concerned about share price pressure.....there just isn't the volume for them to do any real damage. If the stack was 2M a line, then maybe they could. Alas, they a more in the vicinity of 5,000 a line, or 100,000 on a really exciting day.
