Pricey - the options are ludicrous but not surprising given the entirely piss poor way they've raised money up till now.
People actually get paid to make deals like this.... No doubt there's also a big bonus for having done yet another deal anyone off the street could have managed by giving away as much like the last huge CR at 15 month lows.
I don't doubt the MD of MTR is *ing delighted.

Good rationale for the deal - as usual a shite execution IMHO.
