Short term pain and longer term gain IMO. I've been in MOD for over 2 years now and I'm still looking at the longer term picture.
This is a very good time to take advantage of the low price of this remarkable project in my opinion. The copper at T3 is still in the ground, hasn't moved, and there's a lot more to come I believe. Only one in a thousand exploration projects make it to production, and this looks like one of them.
