There will I'm sure be a change in the JV structure at some stage which will enable MOD to obtain the debt financing needed to take T3 forward to mining and production. So of course the boards on both MOD and MTR are managing the capex requirements and well understand the impact of their strategy.

Rick Rule is invested in the JV (9% ownership of MTR) has also expressed his satisfaction with the JV strategy to date , so I'm a tad inclined to go along with his thinking.
